Al Ahsa and Al Hofuf Province KSA

On the southern edge of Al Hofuf explorers will track down the memorable local area of Al Ahsa. Known as a desert garden in the desert, the town was one of the main populated regions in the district known as the Empty Quarter. The region was a fundamental halting spot for explorers advancing toward Mecca from the east. The site contains rich archeological remaining parts along with around 2,000,000 palm trees which yield in excess of 100 thousand tons of dates every year.


Al Ahsa Oasis

While in Al Hofuf, guests should do some keepsake shopping at Qaisariah Souq. The market was established in 1822 and stays the most seasoned market in Saudi Arabia today.
