Islamic Art Museum Doha, Qatar
The Museum of Islamic Art (MIA) in Doha, Qatar is a cutting edge, the world-class historical center that sits on the Corniche or waterfront of Doha, Qatar. The structure was planned by celebrated draftsman I.M. Pei, who left retirement at 91 years old for this undertaking. The primary structure is five stories high, with a domed chamber and tower at its pinnacle. A huge yard interfaces the fundamental structure to instruction wing and a library. The historical center opened in 2008. Its establishing chief was Ms. Sabiha Al Khemir.
The 45,000 square meters of the MIA houses perfect works of art of Islamic workmanship, dating from the seventh to the nineteenth hundreds of years. The earthenware production, materials, metalwork, gems, woodwork, glass, and compositions were gathered from three landmasses over a time of twenty years. It is one of the world's most finished accumulations of Islamic relics.
Islamic Art Museum Malaysia
The Islamic Arts Museum, situated up the slope from the Modernist National Mosque in Kuala Lumpur, opened in 1998 yet stays a concealed pearl in Kuala Lumpur's traveler quarter.
